Shellfish Harvesting:There is no harvesting of shellfish or other Crustacean. By order of Nanoose First Nation chief and council.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before check in. After that the full reservation amount will be forfeited.

Beach: Open but please be aware there is no life guard on duty, please keep an eye on children to ensure their safety. Please be respectful of fellow users. 

Nanoose campground is not responsible for any loss or injury, including injuries that happen on the playground. Child supervision is required at all times. 

Visitors: If you are expecting visitors, please discuss this with the office staff. We reserve the right to limit the amount of visitors per campsite. Visitors may stay until 11:00 pm.

Quiet Time: 11:00 pm – 8:00 am. No loud music or noise that is disturbing to your neighbour at any time. Any unruly guests can and will be evicted. Generators are not permitted during this time.

Pets: Noisy or unattended pets are not tolerated, and will be asked to leave. Please clean up after your pet, a $100 fine will be added to your reservation due to non-compliance.

Smoking: Not permitted in or around any building or shelter as well as no smoking on beach area.  Cigarette butts must be cleaned up or $100 fine will be imposed.

Campfires: Please check with staff for any fire bans that may be in effect. Fires are not to be left unattended, and must supervised until fully extinguished. No cutting or chopping of vegetation or trees. No burning of garbage or refuse.

Sanidump fees are included in the price of rental. Dumping anywhere else is not permitted and will result in the immediate cancellation of reservation. 

 Garbage and recycling bins are provided by the entrance. All campers are expected to clean up after themselves.

Gates will be closed at 11 pm and reopened at 6 am.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. Employees and Company will not have access to your payment information. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible


Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services.
